Taxi4Rent.ie is not a party to any rental, sale, or other agreement between users. We do not provide vehicles, vetting, or guarantee the accuracy of listings. All arrangements are made directly between the vehicle owner and the interested driver or buyer.
Users are solely responsible for verifying vehicle licensing, insurance, tax, NCT status, and compliance with NTA / SPSV regulations. Listings must be truthful, lawful, and not misleading.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KaalmoConnect Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from use of the platform or any transaction arranged through it.
